Advanced Wastewater Treatment and Water Reuse - The Future is Now

Pre-conference, 11th June 2014, Essen, Germany

About us - IWA Young Water Professionals Germany

As a global network of water professional, IWA has more than 10 000 members worldwide. More than a quarter of IWA’s members are under 35 years. To link these Young Water Professionals (YWP) IWA launched the YWP.

In Germany a YWP Country Chapter was started in 2012 by a group of enthusiastic YWPs from research and industry. With the support of Prof. Dr.-Ing Harro Bode (Chair of National Governing Assembly) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Jardin (Secretary of National Governing Assembly), our Chapter soon established successful activities.

We regularly organize small workshops for German water professionals from all fields of the water industry. Now, we want to do something even bigger. With the YWP conference we would like to gather Young Water Professionals from Germany and all over the world. Let’s meet in Essen!
